Terms of Service
Unrivaled Marketing Solutions LLC · Glass by Unrivaled · Operators · Partners
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms cover everyone who works with Unrivaled Marketing Solutions LLC ("UMS," "we," "us"):
- Glass clients who pay for Glass by Unrivaled.
- Operators who bring Glass to the businesses in their town.
- Partners: clubs, chambers, churches, nonprofits and schools that introduce their members to Glass.
- Referrers: anyone who sends us an account that signs up.
When you start Glass, become an operator or partner, or use a UMS referral link, you agree to these terms. If you have signed a separate written agreement with UMS, that agreement controls wherever the two differ.
Part 1 — Glass by Unrivaled #
1.1 What Glass is #
Glass is a monthly service. We turn your photos, video and customer reviews into social media posts and publish them for you. You don't need to be a business. Glass is for anyone with a message: a business, a church or nonprofit, a cause, a creator, a hobby or an event.
1.2 What you get each month #
- Posting to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Bluesky. We can add other channels Glass supports when they fit your plan.
- Reels and video, as many as each platform currently supports. There is no fixed monthly count.
- Your own theme song, plus a new custom song every month.
- A private media library holding every photo, video and song we make or receive for you.
- A weekly approval. You see your drafted posts in one place and approve them or ask for changes. Nothing posts without your approval.
1.3 What you provide #
- Access to the social media accounts you want us to post to (Section 1.6).
- Photos and video of your work, if you have them.
- Timely review of your drafts.
If we aren't local to you, you send the photos and video and we tell you exactly what to shoot. We provide the direction, strategy and content plan.
1.4 Price #
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Founding rate — the first 100 accounts in each area | $250 per month |
| Standard rate — after an area's first 100 | $500 per month |
- The Founding rate is locked for as long as your subscription stays active without a break. If you cancel and come back later, the Standard rate applies.
- Areas. Each operator's market has its own 100 Founding seats. Accounts outside an operator's market share one UMS-wide pool of 100. The live count is shown on the Glass page.
- Month to month. There's no long-term contract. Glass renews each month on your start date until you or we end it.
- Payment. Glass is charged in advance each month to the card or bank account (ACH) you keep on file.
- No sales tax is charged on Glass.
- Price changes. We give you at least 30 days' written notice before we change your price. Founding-rate accounts keep their rate while their subscription stays active.
1.5 Capture (optional add-on) #
For clients near us, we can come to you and shoot.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Visit, photos and video, up to 2 hours | $250 |
| Each additional hour | $150 |
| Larger jobs (events, multiple locations) | Quoted in writing before booking |
- A visit is charged when it's booked. Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll reschedule at no charge.
- The shoot is done by an operator or a contracted photographer. UMS is responsible for anyone we send.
- Before we use anyone's face, that person signs a photo and video release on our phone. That includes you and your staff. Anyone may say no. If a person under 18 appears, a parent or guardian must sign, or we won't use the footage.
1.6 Your accounts #
- You own your accounts. Your social media accounts, domain and business listings stay in your name. You give us the access we need to post.
- We don't change your logins. We won't change your passwords, remove you as an owner, or add anyone without your permission.
- When Glass ends, we remove our access within 7 days.
- Platforms set their own rules. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and Bluesky can change their rules, limit reach, delay app approvals or suspend accounts. We follow their rules but don't control them. If a platform isn't open to outside connections yet, we'll connect it with you on a quick call.
- One account is one set of social pages. A second business or brand with its own pages is its own Glass account.
1.7 Who owns what #
- Your materials (your name, logo, the photos you send and your reviews) stay yours. You let us use them to make your posts.
- Capture photos and video are yours to keep and download at any time, subject to the releases of the people in them.
- Posts we make for you are yours to keep on your accounts, during and after Glass.
- Music we make for you may stay in the posts it was published with, for as long as those posts are up. It may not be used anywhere else (streamed, sold or used in other videos) without our written permission.
- Glass itself, including our software, templates and methods, stays UMS's property.
- Portfolio. We may show work we made for you in UMS's portfolio, but only images of people who agreed on their release. We'll remove any portfolio item if you ask.
1.8 Released media and takedowns #
If someone who signed a release withdraws it, or we mark a photo or video "do not use," we'll send you a takedown notice. Within 7 days you will remove that media from every website, account and ad you control, stop any new use of it, and confirm to us by email. We may remove it right away from any account we manage for you. You won't pressure or reward anyone to sign a release, and you won't act against anyone who declines or withdraws one.
1.9 What you promise #
- Real reviews only. Every review you give us is real, from a real customer. We post it as written. We never invent, change the meaning of, or pay for reviews.
- Truthful claims. What you tell us about your business, prices, licenses and results is true. Tell us if something we posted is wrong and we'll fix it.
- Rights to what you send. You have the right to everything you give us to post.
- No one under 18 in photos you send unless you have a parent's or guardian's written permission, and you'll show it to us if we ask.
- Nothing false, illegal or harmful. We may decline any post that is.
1.10 No guaranteed results #
We do the work described here carefully and on schedule. We can't promise specific reach, followers, leads or sales. Results depend on you, your market and platforms we don't control.
1.11 Ending Glass #
- You can cancel any time by email or text, or in your billing portal. Glass runs through the end of the month you've paid for. There are no partial refunds.
- Late payment. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, we may pause posting until it is. We'll tell you before we pause.
- We can end Glass with 30 days' written notice for any reason, or right away if a payment is more than 30 days late or if you ask us to post something false, illegal or harmful.
Part 2 — Operators #
2.1 What an operator is #
An operator brings Glass to the businesses and people in their town. UMS approves every operator and assigns their market.
2.2 What it costs #
Nothing. Operators don't pay for Glass or for the UMS tools they use to do the work.
2.3 What an operator earns #
- $125 per month for every Glass account they sign, for as long as that account stays active and paid. The other $125 goes to UMS. The deal is the same for every operator.
- Capture: the person who shoots a Capture visit keeps 50% of that visit's fee.
- Earnings are paid monthly, after the client's payment for that month has cleared. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the matching earnings are reversed too.
2.4 How credit is tracked #
Every signup, link and booking is tracked back to the operator who brought it in, through their personal link or code. When more than one link touches the same signup, the first one wins.
2.5 How sales work #
- Operators set the call; UMS closes. An operator books the 15-minute call, and UMS runs it.
- Large businesses, such as developers and regional companies, are handled by UMS directly.
- Shared markets. When two operators share a market, a claimed prospect reopens to others after 30 days with no activity. In a market with one operator, unassigned businesses belong to that operator.
2.6 What an operator promises #
- To describe Glass only as it's described in these terms and on the Glass page.
- "Free" means only the 15-minute call. Never promise or imply free work.
- Never promise specific results.
- Never post fake reviews, or pressure anyone to sign a release.
- Respect each client's accounts and media as described in Part 1.
2.7 Independent and at will #
Operators are independent business people, not UMS employees or partners. Either side may end the relationship at any time by email or text. Earnings on accounts an operator signed keep being paid while those accounts stay active, unless the operator broke Section 2.6.
Part 3 — Partners and referrals #
3.1 Partners #
Clubs, chambers, churches, nonprofits and schools can partner with UMS. A partner introduces Glass to its members and community.
A partner earns $125 per month for every Glass account its members sign, for as long as that account stays active and paid. Ten member accounts send the partner $1,250 a month, or $15,000 a year, as long as they stay.
- The partner gets its own link or code, and every signup is tracked to it.
- Earnings are paid monthly by bank transfer (ACH), after the client's payment for that month has cleared.
- Partnering is free. A partner never pays UMS anything and never has to buy Glass.
- A partner may end the partnership at any time. Earnings on accounts already signed keep being paid while those accounts stay active.
3.2 Client referrals #
A Glass client earns $125 one time for each new account they refer that signs up. It's paid after that account's second paid month. It goes on your Glass bill first, and anything over your bill is paid to you in cash. In an operator's market, the referral is shared between the operator and UMS. Your own second business counts as a referral when it has its own set of social pages.
3.3 One-time referral bonus #
If you were invited to Glass by email and you refer an account that signs up and pays, you earn $125 one time for that account.
3.4 Rules for every referral #
- One account earns one referral credit. If several links touch the same signup, the first one wins.
- No credit for signing up yourself, unless it's your own second business under Section 3.2.
- If a payment is refunded or reversed, the matching credit is reversed too.
- No spam, fake accounts or misleading claims. We may withhold credit earned that way and end the referral relationship.
3.5 Taxes on earnings #
Earnings paid in cash may be reportable income. Before we pay anyone $600 or more in a year, we'll ask for a W-9. Partners that are tax-exempt organizations give us their exempt status instead.
Part 4 — Terms for everyone #
4.1 What "free" means #
The only free thing we offer is the 15-minute call. We bring a look at your social accounts to that call, and that look is part of the call, not a separate product. All Glass work, songs and Capture visits are paid as described in these terms.
4.2 Privacy and your data #
How we collect and use information is covered by our Privacy Policy. To remove Glass's access to your accounts and ask us to delete your data, see our Data Deletion page.
4.3 Limits on responsibility #
- If something goes wrong, the most either side can recover from the other is the amount paid to UMS in the 3 months before the problem arose. This limit doesn't apply to a client's takedown duties in Section 1.8, to unpaid amounts, or to harm caused on purpose.
- Neither side is responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses.
- Neither side is responsible for delays caused by things outside its control, such as platform outages, severe weather or power failures.
4.4 Changes to these terms #
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. We'll email Glass clients, operators and partners at least 30 days before a change that affects price or earnings takes effect.
4.5 General #
- Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in Harris County, Texas.
- Independent business. UMS is an independent business. Nothing in these terms makes anyone UMS's employee or partner in a legal sense.
- Electronic acceptance (a checkbox, a button, an email reply) counts the same as a signature.
- Transfer. No one may transfer their account, operator market or partner earnings to someone else without our written consent. UMS may transfer these terms to a company that takes over UMS's business.
